Interior Paint, Day 2

With the help of Ryan, Lisa and Colby, we handily knocked out the rest of the interior primer coat. We were so focused, that we don’t have a shot of the work in action, but here’s the result. Rolling the primer with foam rollers was a good decision. The bulk of the interior metal panels are embossed with a textured pattern that hides any minor surface irregularities. There are a few broad flat areas at the back and front that will need to be sanded a bit. Not a problem.
You can also see some of the patches we made to the interior roof. These have a different drying rate than the surrounding metal. They will become invisible as the coat dries.
Today we begin with the interior color. We wanted a warm, neutral color. It’s not your Father’s Beige!
